The setting for some of World War II’s most fierce and bloody battles is today home to one of the most natural and peaceful races in the South Pacific.

They still endure in the Solomons.
The second largest island chain in the region, the population of the Solomons Islands of approximately 400,000 is spread across an area of 28,530 km2.
