The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) and south-pacific.travel will host a 2 day forum on “Intelligent Tourism Investment” to be held at the Novotel Hotel, Nadi, Fiji Islands from May 28th – 29th 2008.
Change in the Travel industry is not only constant, it is pervasive and the two senior industry Associations of the region have come together to help leaders see just how quickly and how pervasive that change is – and how to capitalise on it.
In the course of the two days participants can expect to:
- Learn un equivocally just where we stand in the world of tourism and where major / real opportunities exist for us;
- Hear informed debate on the prospects for the region in ‘China Outbound’;
- Have expert updates on the Aviation Sector, Destination Development and Cruise Development and the Investment scene;
- You will be introduced to and challenged by a very current look at ‘Distribution’;
- Hear case studies in tourism investment and learn of tools and vehicles that can assist in securing investment
